Camaná: Periodista es agredido durante cobertura de clausura de industria local

El periodista Mario Daniel Zúñiga Rodriguez, del portal informativo Camaná Go y radio Power, fue agredido mientras cubría la clausura del Molino Villa Hermosa, en el casco urbano de Camaná, región Arequipa.
Según las declaraciones que brindó a la Oficina de Derechos Humanos de la Asociación Nacional de Periodistas del Perú, los hechos sucedieron alrededor de las 10 de la mañana del miércoles 29 de marzo.
Zúñiga se acercó a las inmediaciones del Molino Villa Hermosa, sede de una industria arrocera local, para cubrir la clausura de ese espacio, que fue cerrado la semana anterior por ausencia de certificado de defensa civil y reabrió contra la disposición de la Municipalidad Provincial de Camaná.
El periodista se acomodó en el frontis de la industria para realizar el registro videográfico con su teléfono celular mientras personal de fiscalización y agentes de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) trabajaban en la clausura.
Mientras Daniel Zúñiga desarrollaba su trabajo, desde el interior del molino sale intempestivamente, emitiendo gritos, Maribel Delgado Pacheco, copropietaria y parte de la asociación que regenta la industria.
La mujer le gritaba “¡¿Qué hace acá?!”, al mismo tiempo que le propinaba manazos en el rostro, ocasionándole daño en la nariz, que resultó sangrante. El periodista deja caer su teléfono y se agacha a recogerlo rápidamente, sin embargo, Maribel Delgado toma una piedra del suelo y se la arroja, Zúñiga gira para esquivarla pero le cae en la espalda.
La copropietaria le grita “¡¿Qué me filmas?!” para luego retirarse y volver al interior del Molino Villa Hermosa.
La Asociación Nacional de Periodistas del Perú – ANP expresa su solidaridad con el periodista Mario Daniel Zúñiga Rodríguez, quien fue agredido durante el desarrollo de su actividad periodística.
La ANP exige a las autoridades competentes aplicar ley de flagrancia y dictar sanción ejemplar a una persona que, delante de personal municipal y policial, incurrió en delito de lesiones contra un ciudadano que cumplía su trabajo.
