La Asociación Nacional de Periodistas del Perú (ANP) convoca a la campaña participativa “¡Periodistas al hemiciclo!”, para exigir al Congreso de la República que autorice el retorno inmediato de periodistas, fotoperiodistas y camarógrafos de prensa, radio, televisión y portales digitales al hemiciclo, el hall de los pasos perdidos, entre otras salas del Parlamento.
La presencia de periodistas en los ambientes interiores del Parlamento es una urgencia. Las restricciones por pandemia ya no son un argumento válido para mantener a los medios de comunicación en los exteriores del recinto.
Desde la ANP consideramos que la fuerza colectiva de las instituciones, los medios de comunicación, periodistas y ciudadanía en general permitirá que las coberturas informativas retornen a los ambientes interiores de la sede de un poder del Estado.
En ese espíritu invitamos a todas las personas que se sumen enviando una carta al Congreso para exigir el respeto a nuestro derecho a la información.
¿Cómo sumarse?
Para ser parte de esta acción colectiva debes enviar una carta al Congreso, puedes usar alguno de los modelos que hemos preparado (que puedes descargar en este enlace ) y seguir los siguientes pasos:
1. Ingresa a la mesa de partes virtual del Congreso como usuario externo (https://wb2server.congreso.gob.pe/mpvirtual/)
2. Crea tu usuario para usar la mesa de partes virtual (aquí el instructivo https://www.congreso.gob.pe/Interface/manual/index.html)
3. Completa el formulario adjuntando la carta del pedido en formato PDF.
4. Cuando ingreses correctamente el documento recibirás un correo de confirmación.
Garantizar acceso a información es clave para la democracia. Limitar circulación de periodistas, fotoperiodistas y camarógrafos en un recinto público fomenta la opacidad.
